Engadgetによると、CeBIT 2009でデュアルタッチスクリーンのノートPC(のコンセプトモデル)が発表されていたようです。
この考えはずっと以前からいろんなところで出ており、いつか誰かが作るかと考えていましたが、このタイミングで出てきました。
正直、生産性を求められるキーボードというデバイスをハードでなくソフトで実現、ということには疑問を持っていたのですが、iPhoneのソフトウェアキーボードを使用するうちに、最近ではアリかもという気になってきています。
もしかすると、iPhoneがタッチパネルスマートフォン旋風の立役者になったように、数年後にはどこかのデュアルスクリーンノートPCが 旋風を巻き起こすことになるかもしれないですね。まずは今回のASUSの試用レポートを見てからですね。
