Glassdoor.comが、実際の社員の声を調査した結果の「働きがいのある企業」を公開しています。
まずは、BEST10ですが、IllustratorやPhotoshopのAdobeが4位に入っていますね。そして、Googleも7位に着けています。
次に、BEST20です。Appleが19位に入っています。MicrosoftやYahoo!はTOP50にも登場していないようですね。
ちなみに、次の棒グラフはGoogle、Microsoft、Yahoo!、Appleのお給料の比較です。Google、Microsoft、Yahoo!はお給料こそ同じですが、ボーナスに差があるようですね。
Appleは他の3社に比べると低いですが、それでも前述のとおり社員の満足度が高いというのはステキなことです。良いものを作っているという自負があったり、また、実際に職場が楽しかったりと活性化しているということですね。
